By holding your keys, we're always available to respond to any emergency, 24/7, protecting your home and contents from outside risk.
Lost Key
We will let you in at anytime of the day or night if you lock yourself out or lose your keys
Alarm Response
As the nominated keyholders for your alarm system, we can respond around the clock. Having been notified by the monitoring station or agency, we will inspect the premises. We will assess the situation and take all necessary further action. We will liaise with the emergency services as required and leave the premises only when all has been resecured.
(Out of hours between 18:00 and 08:00, Bank Holidays, Weekends).
Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and New Years Day will be charged at an additional £50.00 flat fee for Lost Key and Alarm Response.
If you hand your keys over to us, we promise you are not taking a leap of faith.
We promise to look after your keys. Discreetly. We will never disclose that we are your keyholder to anyone.

A Criminal Records Bureau Check (CRB) has been completed for the owner, Neil Holley-Williams, and is clear. A copy is available on request
Basic Disclosure (termed as a “criminal conviction certificate” in Part V of The Police Act 1997 – the “1997 Act)”is available to anyone for any purpose subject to confirmation of identity of the applicant and payment of the appropriate fee. The Basic Disclosure will contain details of convictions held in central police records which are unspent according to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (the “1974 Act”) or will state that there are no such convictions.
